Hello, my name is Daniel Sanders. Welcome to my site!  

Many years ago, I made a promise to my wife, that I would not seek public office while my children were growing up. Together, we have decided this is our time. With the people of the cities of this state and the people of this nation in pain, we have made the decision to run again. With the cost of fuel, food, healthcare, home foreclosures, unemployment, education all in need of help, I cannot sit on the sidelines without trying to make a difference.

I believe we should have a windmill in every prairie, the corn in every car, and the sun in every building. This would help rid this nation of foreign fuel dependence. We must seek to fully fund education and unlock the god given talents of our young people which could help us in all of our problems. We must send a message this year, to end the wars in Iraq and Afganistan without a clear vision of how it will end. The costs of these wars could help the cities of this state spend their portion for healthcare, roadwork, new schools, teachers, education, new job growth and so much more.

Surely, if great minds could write the constitution, we can put great minds together, to put legislation together for all the people, no matter their race, gender, or their religion. We must work to help small business compete in the huge corporate empire, as a union employer for local 512 of the Ironworkers, I understand the need for good pay and benifits, while protecting the rights of the small business from these growing expenses.

Together, let us put the people first, collect all of the people's talent thru out this state and make this a better place for our children. If you can help me in anyway, please contact this campaign, with clear minds great things can happen.
